Who doesn't love a one-pot wonder like this! Easy to make and clean up.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (1.25 oz.) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (15 oz.) bag restaurant style white corn tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 cup finely shredded taco style cheese blend
- 2 cups restaurant style salsa
- 1 cup sour cream

- Add taco seasoning and water and simmer until mixture has thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove beef from oven and set aside.
- Clean Dutch oven and spread a layer of tortilla chips over the bottom. Top with half of ground beef mixture and 1 cup of cheddar cheese shreds.
- Top evenly with another layer of tortilla chips, remaining ground beef and remaining cheese.
- Bake until cheese is melted and bubbling at the edges, about 10-12 minutes.
- Let nacos cool slightly before topping with salsa and dollops of sour cream. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
